Computing Services. ProTech Computing had the vision of providing the best possible
computer equipment with customer service above and beyond that of anything offered
in the Gillette Area.
With over 15 years experience in the retail industry, Jeremy has seen the value
of the relationship between the seller and the buyers diminish. With all the mass
distributors and discount stores, the business world has focused more on numbers,
dollars and names, thus losing sight of the person making the purchase.

"You can buy I.T. products just about anywhere, and someone will always have it cheaper. Sure, we are
a computer company, but we don't play that game. If you're concerned about saving $5, you might look
elsewhere. I think we are more about helping people. We do that by fixing computers. We take stress out
of the workday... we keep families and friends in contact with each other... we backup pictures of loved ones...
We've almost become a necessary evil. People use computers for everything, and these need to be maintained.
In the process, we develop relationships and build friendships. I know a vast majority of our customers
by first name. We've been succesful by being honest, being fair, and talking with our clients as people
